Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 3 days before the arrival date/time are without charge. Thereafter the deposit may be charged. The total value of the booking may be charged if changes/cancellations are made with less than 72 hours notice. The credit card details supplied will be charged with the total value of the booking within 72 hours of your arrival date.
When a booking includes a car ferry ferries can be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the arrival date any ferries cancelled within this seven day period prior to arrival are payable in full.
Amendments to car ferry reservations can be made, a £5.00 administration charge is made for each ammendment.
